Short Biography

Avinoam Rosenfeld is a highly accomplished senior attorney with over two decades of experience practicing law. He has earned a reputation as a skilled and strategic litigator, having represented clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, securities fraud, and intellectual property disputes.

Mr. Rosenfeld began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard D. Cudahy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He later worked for several prestigious law firms in Chicago and New York City, where he honed his litigation skills and developed a deep understanding of corporate law.

In addition to his legal work, Mr. Rosenfeld is actively involved in his community and has served on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations. He is also a frequent speaker on legal issues, having presented at numerous conferences and seminars throughout his career.

Mr. Rosenfeld holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School, where he graduated with honors. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and New York.
